No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Oreos are the best cookie every invented I love Oreos and any recipe that has Oreos in it I am going to make. This week I had a craving for cheesecake and when I stumbled on this recipe I had to make it. It took little time to prep but then the waiting while it set was the hardest part. You cannot go wrong with this cheesecake and everyone loves it! James and I had 2 slices each last night and did not regret it that is how good it is!

Ingredients & Tools

Stand Mixer

Spring Form Pan


Oreo Crust

1 1/2 Packs of Oreo Cookies, Finely Crushed

1/2 Cup Melted Unsalted Butter


Filling

1 Package of Cream Cheese (

3/4 Cup of Powdered Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

3 Cups of Whipping Cream

1/2 Package of Oreo Cookies, Coarsely Crushed


Topping

Oreo Cookies, Cut in Half

Whipped Cream

Chocolate Topping


Instructions

  • Combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies and the melted butter and press the mixture into the spring form pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  • Put the cream cheese in the mixing bowl and whip on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whip on high speed until well mixed in.

  • Fold the whipped cream and coarsely crushed Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture. Mix on low until well combined.

  • Take the crust out of the fridge.

  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the spring form pan and smooth out on the top.

  • Place cheesecake in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours but if you have time 4 hours is better. Remove 30 minutes before serving and add the additional whipped cream, halved Oreo cookies and chocolate topping.
