And Away We Go!

Hello!

Sorry about being absent these past week but James and I have been very busy moving Airbnb's, shows, streaming, getting content and getting ready to go home!

It has been such a crazy week and I am glad to go back to the United Kingdom and stay there in our own house with our own bed. Monday was a holiday and we just chilled around and did a supporters show, Tuesday was the most stressful day of this whole process as it was the day I find out if I was approved for my student visa or not and the appointment wasn't until 3 o'clock in the afternoon! It was a long day of waiting but when I finally got to the visa place I was handed my envelope and told to take it outside and open it and low and behold I was approved! Thank goodness because our flight was booked for Thursday and I really didn't want to change it. Then we did some more shows until Thursday finally arrived and now we are here at Toronto Pearson Airport drinking a $10 beer and its not even draught.

So as I said we are here we are waiting at the airport to head back. We had to leave our Airbnb around 10am this morning so we were hanging out in a Starbucks while I finished work and while we waited for our flight. While we were watching CP24 and heard the sad news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II passing. As a citizen of the commonwealth and dating a British man this news hit hard and we were both quite upset. As Britains longest reigning monarch she gave her life to the service of the British and Commonwealth people, she will be missed by so many.

Well the next time you hear from me I will have landed at Heathrow to start my brand new adventure and make my British home Hygge.
